Jamie and Marco were fantastic. We had just decorated so I was a little worried about having a new sliding door installed. They didn’t damage the walls at all and when they left you couldn’t even tell they’ve been excepted we have a lovely new double glacéd door. Thank you 🙏 💯

From the get -go climate frame have been absolutely professional. quick response to my request for a quote ,thanks Brett, Ryan coordinated the project. Jamie came to install my new front entrance door and kitchen door on time , Jamie is a very skilled experienced tradesman , cleaned any mess up before continuing the next stage of the installation. had the whole house done in various stages. always had a good experience and everything is of good quality even after a few years. they even adjusted rollers on one of the older doors and serviced some of the windows while they were there. special thanks to Caleb and Calen (sorry if misspelled the names) who did a great job putting in the final windows and doing the above extra work for us.

I have had my windows replaced by Climate frame and they have been wonderful to deal with. From the initial quote through to measurement and installation, every staff member has been professional, friendly, and easy to work with. A huge thank you to Jamie and Luke who installed my windows — they were true professionals, hardworking, great guys, and an absolute pleasure to have in my home. Highly recommend.

We recently had all the doors and windows in our home replaced, and it’s rare these days to find service as seamless and professional as we experienced with Climateframe Double Glazing.

Michael, who came to our home to provide the initial quote, was incredibly helpful from the start. He clearly explained the different options, answered all our questions, and suggested ideas we hadn’t even considered.

When it came to the installation, we were a little nervous about how it would go with a small baby in the house, but we needn’t have worried. Jamie and Taj, along with the rest of the crew we met throughout the week, were fantastic - friendly, professional and respectful of our home. We had one particularly tricky door and the guys did an amazing job troubleshooting a solution, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. Even our dog will miss the daily pats from them!

The new windows & doors look absolutely amazing, and even after only a few days we’ve already noticed a difference in how warm the house stays. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend Climateframe.

Excellent Home Renovation Experience.
An enormous thank you to the Team at Climateframe Double Glazing. Our first contact was with Brett, a fabulous frontman for the Company, who made my wife and I feel instantly at ease discussing our needs, what the company had to offer and a great plan made. Brett made brilliant suggestions and now that we have the windows and door installed in our home, what a huge difference. The fixed window in the lounge and a larger back door, a lot more air coming through, absolutely wonderful!. Ryan and Michelle in the office, thank you for your brilliant communication and prompt responses to our emails and phone calls, always a plus when a customer needs to talk to someone quickly. The workmen on the day of installation worked quickly, were super efficient and even cleaned the windows and door before they left. The whole job went like clockwork. The security screen fitted by Jim looks amazing. had it installed in very good time and with great attention to detail! The difference in our home with temperature and outside noise is amazing, we should have done this work years ago. Another plus for this company is the way in which payments are staggered at different times of the process from acceptance of a quote to the end of the job making the whole process as easy as possible for the customer. And not least, the appearance is fantastic, we both love how the finished product looks amazing and suits the age of our home. Thank you to a Brilliant Company who puts customer service and satisfaction first! Thank you!

I had a small job--replacing a door & laundry room window--but I was treated as if I were buying new windows for my whole house. Excellent sales process and an even better installation experience. The installers were quiet, respectful of my home and property, and cleaned up after the job as if they'd never been there! Amazing product and service from start to finish! After considerable research into numerous companies providing double glazing in Perth, we decided to go with Climateframe Double Glazing Perth. We spoke with Barbara over several weeks who gave us all the details and information we needed. All questions were answered quickly and we felt absolutely reassured this company was the best out there! Barbara was brilliant 😎😎
Once the quote and measurements had been finalised, everything just fell smoothly into place.
Jamie and Taj attended on time and commenced the installation. Their attention to detail was impressive. Their professionalism and commitment was outstanding and the job was completed on time. Both Jamie and Taj discussed their progress with us as they worked through each window installation. We couldn’t have asked for better communication and customer service.
We couldn’t recommend these two blokes highly enough!

I recently had all doors and windows in my home replaced with Climateframe double glazing, and the results have been excellent. The product quality, finish, and overall improvement in comfort and noise reduction are outstanding.

The installation team was equally impressive. Jordan, Jamie, Taj, Jake, Caleb, Canaan, and Vet ( Sorry boys, you're all at pro level, but Vet is elite level with her silicone skills, its definitely an art) carried out the work with professionalism, efficiency, and great attention to detail. They maintained a clean worksite throughout and ensured everything was completed to a very high standard. You are all an outstanding asset to the company.

I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Climateframe for anyone considering double glazing.

We recently had our door and frame installed by Climate Frame, Jake and Canaan installed and the experience was superb from start to finish. Ryan helped us with the quote and was always available on the phone—super helpful and accommodating throughout the process.

The installation team was incredibly neat; the workmanship was outstanding, and they left absolutely no mess, which really impressed us.

Overall, we’re very thankful for the great service and quality work. Highly recommend Climate Frame!

We recently had our entire home fitted with UPVC double glazing by Climateframe, and the experience was overall very positive.

It was a large job that took five days to complete, and while there was naturally quite a bit of mess during the process, the team made sure to clean up.

The owner personally checked in with us at the end of the installation, which was a great touch and showed they genuinely care about their work and customer satisfaction.

The difference in sound insulation and reduction in heat transfer through the glass has been noticeable, and the new windows have definitely improved the overall look of the house.

If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be clearer info on the different types of glass available. It’s not something the average person would know much about, and not every window benefits equally from double glazing so that extra guidance would be helpful.
Another would be what to expect during the install. I could've been more prepared and had each area covered up like the furniture and beds etc from dust. There was about 5 or 6 installers and they're in and out all day and it took a bit getting used to everything being left open during the day. Even though this can't be helped I was unaware how big this job this really was.

We’ve also experienced their after-sales service for some minor issues like lock stiffness and adjustments, and they were quick to respond and resolve things professionally.

I’m very happy with both the product and the service and would gladly recommend Climateframe

Have no hesitation recommending climate frame and their product. The transformation to our home is amazing. Our installation wasn’t without problems but the team worked hard to fix everything we had concerns about. Jordan, Canaan, Yvette and Ryan were all professional and took pride in their work. We had other team members on site over the renovation all were professional and friendly. In the end we were very happy with Climate frame. Thank you 😊

The final result was excellent in terms of both the aesthetics and the massive improvement in thermal efficiency. We are very happy with the work and the improvement to our house. There were a few minor issues during installation, as in normal on a big job, but Climateframe sorted all the problems quickly and efficiently, making sure they completed the work to high standard and to my expectations. Recommended.

We have recently had half of the windows in our house replaced with Climate Frame double glazed windows. The end result is magnificent. The windows are of an exceptional quality and it has really enhanced the appearance of our house. From initial contact to final installation, the team demonstrated professionalism and also demonstrated outstanding customer focus. Jordan and Lance did an excellent installation job, tidying up afterwards and answering our questions and offering advice. I can't wait to get the rest of the house done in the New Year.
