The final result was excellent in terms of both the aesthetics and the massive improvement in thermal efficiency. We are very happy with the work and the improvement to our house. There were a few minor issues during installation, as in normal on a big job, but Climateframe sorted all the problems quickly and efficiently, making sure they completed the work to high standard and to my expectations. Recommended.

We have recently had half of the windows in our house replaced with Climate Frame double glazed windows. The end result is magnificent. The windows are of an exceptional quality and it has really enhanced the appearance of our house. From initial contact to final installation, the team demonstrated professionalism and also demonstrated outstanding customer focus. Jordan and Lance did an excellent installation job, tidying up afterwards and answering our questions and offering advice. I can't wait to get the rest of the house done in the New Year. Double glazing at a great price! We're so happy we've decided to have our five arched windows replaced - we couldn't find single-glazed window companies willing to replace these so we're extremely happy to find a company that can do it with double glazing!

We just replaced all windows and doors with Climate frame, it's been about 2 weeks since they were installed and we cannot fault them at all.
From the beginning stage of getting the quote done up, to the communication of the progress of the job it was just so incredibly easy and stress free considering how big a job it was.
The guys that did the installation were all so professional and polite which is such a warm and welcome delight.
Truly couldn't recommend Climate Frame enough, thank you!

Climateframe replaced the windows and doors in our home. The team were terrific to deal with throughout the process. The install team were great.
Our new windows are fantastic. We can hardly hear busy road noise. The thermal performance has been hard to believe. Our home is so much cooler without using our aircon.
Great investment for us. Highly recommend Climateframe, top shelf.

Roughly three years ago we had our entire home fitted with double glazed windows and are extremely happy with the service, look and pricing. Today we had a fixed window and sliding door installed in our extension and wow, definitely a high end compliment to the room.

Excellent, highly recommend. We live in a 100+ yr old house and despite it being very tricky to change over several windows and doors into very wonky places, they made it work and it looks great! The installers were awesome too, did such a good job and took their time to do it properly. Very impressed!

Highly recommend using Climate Frame. We are so happy with our new double glazing windows and doors. From start to finish we had a great experience with them and couldn’t fault them. Very professional and the team who installed were all lovely and went over and above to give advice to get the best finish. It has made such an amazing difference to our home with the sound and also the drafts that we had before. So glad we went with them. Our neighbours have all commented positively after seeing ours completed. They have not been as impressed with the company’s that they chose.

Very rarely do I leave any feedback but this company is an exemption. We have a 4 bed 2 bathroom with three large doors. We had climate frame install new double glazing and doors..

From the first phone call to the installation. It was amazing. You’re treated as a customer and kept in the loop. There is no pressure to sell or to upgrade, they actually listen to you and offer advice.

We added some tints and sound proofing glass.the quality of the windows, doors and frames are just outstanding.

The install team were just great, they treated our house with respect and every bit of rubbish was cleared up at end of day.

A week later we had a problem with the dog door. ( not made by climate frame. And they swopped over a whole section of glass to remove this sub-standard dog door.

If you’re looking for windows or doors your know it’s not a cheap purchase. We were worried about the cost and then getting a substandard product or install. This is the complete opposite and we so glad we went with climate frame.

The reduction on the street noise has been amazing. The drafts we had on our old windows are all gone, and the security has tripled.

Bloody fantastic windows and doors from a fantastic company.
From the start of the process they were extremely patient with my multiple changes to design- From there I dealt with Ryan - what a great and extremely nice guy.
I decided to fit the doors and windows myself and I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and his customer service, nothing was not much problem and he was always their to advise and help. Jordan was also extremely helpful and on the end of the phone to assist with door adjustments.
If you’re in the market for double glazed doors or windows this company is top notch and go the extra mile to ensure a smooth process.

Excellent service from start to finish. Kept informed all the way through the process. For both measuring up and install everyone arrived exactly at the time they told me. Install was a little more difficult than the usual due to it being old wood framed windows and difficult access, but it was all done to an extremely high standard with zero fuss. Product is also top quality. Would recommend 100%.

Our three sliding doors, including the wonderful lift and slide have now completed our double glazing project. A very helpful personalised service from the initial measuring up, the technicians who installed the windows who carried out their work without fuss and cleaned up everything at the end of the job. Excellent service from start to finish and a high quality product. I had two large doors and a window replaced with double glazing by Climateframe and couldn't be more happy with the result. It's making a huge difference in noise levels and heating efficiency, compared to my old drafty wooden doors. Installation was quick and painless, everything left breast and tidy afterwards. Absolutely worth every dollar.

What a great experience using Climateframe. The product and service has well exceeded my expectations. The whole process from quoting to installation was very professional with a fast turnaround timeframe. I highly recommend this company for your Double glazing needs. This team locally manufactures the frames at there factory in Wangara which was a massive tick for us.

Just a shout out to the team at climateframe for a fantastic job. From initial quote to final installation we have nothing but praise for quality of workmanship, attention to detail and timeframe to complete. Our house in Burswood faces west towards the CBD and the reduction in heat (February/March) from the afternoon sun is so noticeable now whilst enhancing our great view of the city skyline. The team at Climateframe has been great. From the first phone call, sales, admin and the installing team, we’ve had nothing but excellent customer service and workmanship. Before we chose them we had spoken to multiple companies and we picked Climateframe because they were competitive, nice to deal with and worked with us on finding the best solution for us. It feels like they care about our home which is rare in this world. Our windows look amazing and I can’t wait for the final install with all the new doors and windows we have on order to finish our full home renovation.

After looking at lots of other companies Climateframe was the best. We chosen tilt and turn and love the quality. Service was fantastic. Installation was smooth and looks beautiful. So good that our house was sold the very day we had them put in. Coming back for the next house no doubt. Ah yes and I can finally sleep again as it’s quiet. I forgot how wonderful double glazing is.

We had 10 windows and 3 doors installed by Climateframe in August 2021, so we've had them just over a year now.
Our house is approx 1950s build with all the windows and door frames being different sizes.
Mark and his team came around and fitted them over the course of 3 days. No major issues with only a return visit after about 6 months to adjust the doors.
The windows and doors are solid, helping reduce outside noise, and keeping the house warm in winter, and cool in summer. Overall very happy with the service.

After receiving a ridiculously high quote from another company I contacted Climateframe to get a quote on three windows. From the start I knew Climateframe were going to knock it out the park, Amie was professional and a pleasure to deal with and the quote was half the amount compared to the other company! The turn around time from quote to installation was very adequate and the guys did a fantastic job! I wish I had knew about this company earlier otherwise I would have had them do all my previous windows!

Making the decision to install double glazing was one of the best decisions we have made for our home. As it was a big investment, I did my research and had plenty of questions for double glazing companies. Climate Frame were the only company who satisfactorily answered all my questions and the only one who didn’t try and sell me double glazing!
Their approach, was for their quality product to make the sale. It did for us and was also at a very competitive cost.
From the start, Climate Frame customer service was great with superb communication, the installers did a great job with surprisingly little damage to existing paintwork/tiles and any minor issues were resolved in a timely manner.
The new double glazing has improved the house inside and out, together with the energy savings it was certainly the right decision for us.
Can’t thank Climate Frame enough, especially Ryan Baynes who was our Project Manager, and recommend Climate Frame to anyone looking for double glazing

Bad service from the start!
I spent about $50,000 on there doors and windows!
First time installed top story windows that they made a mess , had to repaint walls!
Left black silicone on white tiles that was hard to remove!
2nd phase , lower storey
They mucked me around and cancelled first time and second time , got wrong windows installed as ryan ( the manager ( was very amateur in my opinion)
And 3rd time still not right!
4th time came out and had to replace no compliant glass!
Still not perfect as i will will get à engineer to take a look at all the insulations as a bit of wood in the cavity in brick to attach doesn’t feel the right way to attach then !
I would recommend anyone to get à engineer technician before you let them rip your windows out and replace with theirs as im not sure it they are fully up to code on the installation side of things!
Ryan is just a yes man and will give you 2 bags full to impress the company ☺️

What a great experience using Climate Frame. The product and service has been exceptional and they have exceeded my expectations in every way. For the first time in years the house was warm and I did not wake up to the howling winds outside! We've only had a small window replaced, mostly we wanted to try and see how the company is before commiting to replacing all the windows in the house. Climateframe were very easy to deal with, from measuring up to organizing the installation.
Jordan and Stuart completed the installation and I was very impressed how clean the job was done, minimum damage considering the fact that the wall has been rendered not long ago, adding an extra layer of mortar around the frame.
We will definately recommend Climateframe and use them again to replace the rest of our windows.

Having investigating different uPVC double glazing companies for quite some time to replace the tired 45+ year old windows, it was difficult to compare apples to apples.
I found Climate Frame Double Glazing very helpful from the outset in my research including answering my questions and altering the quotation during the sales process, especially when other stakeholders of my strata were involved in the process too.
The installation process was quick and neat with the installed Anthracite coloured windows a massive sound, thermal and visual improvement over the rather substandard residential windows in our and most Australian homes.
Although it was a financial outlay to do so, I definitely have no regrets installing double glazing to our whole home!

I run a building company here in Perth. One of our clients had requested PVC double glazed windows on an extension we are building. I contacted Climateframe for supply of the windows required. I sent through plans of what we were trying to achieve. The whole process from there to completion ran seamless. frames were to a very high standard and delivered quicker then promised. The technical support offered by the Production manager Jordan was precise and appreciated. Great local Business with outstanding customer service at a fair price.

Exceeded expectations for quality, fitting, timing and price. Extremely happy with the finished product and impressed with the tradesman fitting. We have an older quirky 2 storey house making fitting difficult yet these guys did the job without fuss, on time and always tidy. Replaced 18 external windows and doors on a house we had just bought with upvc double glazed. Great product, the installation team were great and did a professional job. One of the doors was measured incorrectly and too small so they expedited a new one and fit it promptly. Would recommend to anyone thinking of ripping out old stuff and upgrading to double glazing.

After lots of shopping around and getting quotes Climate Frame were the best priced by far! We are extremely happy with the product and service provided and highly recommend. After removing the old frames and installing the new frames the house was left cleaner than it was before.

We are delighted with our new windows. As well as being energy efficient they look amazing. They really have up-dated the look of the front of the house. it looks so much more modern.
