An enormous thank you to the Team at Climateframe Double Glazing. Our first contact was with Brett, a fabulous frontman for the Company, who made my wife and I feel instantly at ease discussing our needs, what the company had to offer and a great plan made. Brett made brilliant suggestions and now that we have the windows and door installed in our home, what a huge difference. The fixed window in the lounge and a larger back door, a lot more air coming through, absolutely wonderful!. Ryan and Michelle in the office, thank you for your brilliant communication and prompt responses to our emails and phone calls, always a plus when a customer needs to talk to someone quickly. The workmen on the day of installation worked quickly, were super efficient and even cleaned the windows and door before they left. The whole job went like clockwork. The security screen fitted by Jim looks amazing. had it installed in very good time and with great attention to detail! The difference in our home with temperature and outside noise is amazing, we should have done this work years ago. Another plus for this company is the way in which payments are staggered at different times of the process from acceptance of a quote to the end of the job making the whole process as easy as possible for the customer. And not least, the appearance is fantastic, we both love how the finished product looks amazing and suits the age of our home.
